Made of stainless steel

Stainless steel is an alloy enriched with chromium and often nickel, making it resistant to rust and staining. A stainless-steel blade is easy to maintain, hygienic and well-suited for everyday use. While generally softer than high-carbon steel, it offers a good balance of sharpness, durability and ease of cleaning. Note: with a plastic handle, dishwasher cleaning is possible, though hand washing and drying are still recommended to preserve cutting performance.
