Will my order be delivered for free?

If you order for more than 25 euros and your package has to be delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, the shipping costs are free. However, if your package is longer than 100 cm, for example with long-arm scissors, costs will be added depending on the delivery address. You can see this in the shopping cart.


Can you answer a question about a product?

Of course! We are not just any webshop. We really have knowledge of our products. You can ask questions via the live chat or the general contact form and choose the option Question about a product.


I have ordered, but my package has not arrived yet.

Check your track & trace, check the information you entered yourself or ask the neighbors if they have received anything. In some cases you will not receive a track & trace code. Please contact us via the live chat or the general contact form.


Can I reach you by phone?

Which delivery services do you work with?

For normal packages we work together with DHL and PostNL. We ship packages from 100 cm with Fedex or Kaan Transport.


Who do I pay for my order?

We use the Mollie Payments payment system. This will be shown with an online payment. You can also come across the name Westparts B.V. This is the name of our parent company.


How do I register a warranty request?

You can easily do this via the online contact form.

Can I return a product?

Of course you can. You can return your package up to 30 days after ordering. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We would like to hear the reason for your return, so that we can improve our services / products where necessary. The return costs are € 2.95.
