Made of C60 steel

C60 is a high-carbon steel containing approximately 0.60% carbon. This gives the blade high hardness, excellent edge retention, and a long-lasting sharp edge. At the same time, C60 steel is relatively easy to resharpen, ensuring the knife always performs at its best. Please note: C60 is not stainless. Washing in a dishwasher (which is not recommended) may cause stains. These stains are harmless and do not affect the cutting quality. For maximum longevity, we recommend cleaning the blade after use, drying it thoroughly, and lightly oiling it.
