The double-ground blade ensures lasting sharpness and clean, precise cuts with minimal resistance. The ergonomic yellow handle offers a comfortable grip and excellent visibility. Each knife is supplied loose, without individual packaging, in compact boxes of 50 pieces, practical, economical and eco-friendly.

Made of stainless steel

Stainless steel is a type of steel that, thanks to the addition of chromium and often nickel, is more resistant to rust and staining. A stainless steel blade is low-maintenance, hygienic, and well-suited for daily use. Stainless steel is less hard than high-carbon steel, but offers a good balance between sharpness, durability, and easy cleaning. Please note: models with a plastic handle are dishwasher-safe, but hand washing and immediate drying are still recommended to maintain cutting performance. For models with a wooden handle, dishwasher cleaning is not recommended to prevent cracking or warping of the wood.
