Right of cancellation upon delivery of products
When purchasing products from 2garden, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product.
During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by 2garden.
Costs when returning
If the consumer makes use of his right of dissolution, the costs of return will be for his account. This is done in the same packaging as it was sent to the consumer.
If it appears of damage to the product, this will be charged to the consumer.
The processing of the returned item (s) can take some time. As soon as we have received and processed the returned item (s), provided that it has been received in good and undamaged and original condition at 2garden, we will refund or settle the purchase amount. We do this as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days.
